Jim McGinley Partner

Jim McGinley has 17 years of experience in the recruiting industry with the last 10 years as a key contributor to the growth & culture of JM & Company. His primary focus is developing and executing senior level search for our manufacturing and private equity practices. In addition to performing Executive Search, he is also responsible for Operations Resource Productivity including sales management, training & development, internal staffing and financial performance of the firm.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science, in Marketing, from Philadelphia University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship. He and his wife Kelly and their two children reside in Spring City, PA.
